Art in the HeArt is an annual fundraiser dedicated to supporting arts programming within the City Centre Catchment of Edmonton Public Schools.

WALRUS TALKS aboriginal city

Curated by Dawn Marie Marchand and Dawn Saunders Dahl, the Walrus Talks Aboriginal City Art Exhibit showcases the creative expressions of over 30 Indigenous artists from Western Canada, including Edmonton and its surrounding areas. This initiative was made possible through funding from the Walrus, Edmonton Economic Development Corporation, and support from the Edmonton Arts Council.

Each summer, The Works brings art and design to life across Edmonton's downtown core, spanning an expansive one square kilometer.

#YEGCANVAS, an innovative public art project, transforms Edmonton into a dynamic urban art gallery. Running from December 2015 to May 2016, the initiative showcases the vibrant artwork of emerging multicultural and Indigenous artists across LRT posters and billboards throughout the city.
